Prices and Conditions 2025
Zoomarine has two pricing tiers for 2025 (high season and low season), with variations based on age and the option to purchase tickets online or on-site. It also offers a clear cancellation and refund policy, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all visitors.

Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy
Cancellation Deadline
Cancellations are not permitted within 2 days prior to the ticket date. In case of non-cancellation or no-show, no refunds will be given.
Reservation Fee
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before the ticket date (until 5:00 PM on the second day prior to the ticket date). The refund amount will be net of the reservation fee, which is 8% of the total ticket value.
Refund Period
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
Cancellation and Refund of Payments Made via Credit Card, MBWay, or PayPal
Payments made via credit card, MBWay, or PayPal will be refunded through the same method to the credit card holder or PayPal account holder who made the purchase.
Cancellation and Refund of Payments Made via Multibanco System
Payments made via Multibanco system will be refunded via bank transfer. Payments via Multibanco (cards issued in Portugal).
