What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before the ticket date, until 5:00 pm. After this deadline, no refund is given for no-shows.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the purchase, or by bank transfer if paid via Multibanco.
What is Dolphin Emotions?
Dolphin Emotions is a dolphin interaction experience, available in three plans – Encounter, Premium, and Exclusive – each with specific duration, price, and conditions.
Example: the Premium plan includes about 35 minutes of in-water interaction and requires participants to know how to swim.
What are the differences between the Dolphin Emotions plans?
Encounter: €145, ~60 minutes, shallow water interaction (~20 min), minimum age 6.
Premium: €180, ~90 minutes, extended interaction (~35 min), minimum age 8 and must know how to swim.
Exclusive: €885, ~90 minutes private session for 2 people, includes video and photos.
