Through the website Zoomarinetickets.com, visitors can choose to purchase tickets for a visit to the theme park: Fixed-date ticket– admission valid only for the date indicated on the ticket.

 

In case of inability to attend, it is possible to change the visit date, according to the conditions applicable to date changes.

For fixed-date tickets, changes are only possible according to the following rules:

Date change fees by period:

     March to May and October to November: a fee of €3 per ticket will be charged

     June to September: a fee of €8 per ticket will be charged

Date changes are subject to availability at the time of the request.

Changes can be made until the last day of the season or campaign period of the ticket.

It is not permitted to change dates to future seasons, campaigns, or years.

 

If the ticket is not used and the date is not changed by the end of the season or campaign period, no refund or compensation will be issued.
