Rules 2026
- Advance booking is required (at least 24 hours before the experience);
- Each participant must purchase a specific ticket to take part in one of the experiences;
- Participation includes the following FREE OF CHARGE: Free entry to the theme park; Certificate of Participation;
- Photograph of the participant; *Video of the session (*Premium and Exclusive packages only).
- You must present your National ID Card or Passport to confirm the age of participants;
- Entry to the Zoomarine theme park is already included in the participant’s and accompanying spectator’s tickets;
- Children under 1.00 metre in height may attend free of charge as accompanying spectators of the participant.
- Additional spectators must purchase a specific accompanying spectator ticket.
- Accompanying spectators will remain in an area adjacent to the lagoon where the session takes place and will not have access to the dolphins.

– Premium Plan: The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Furthermore, all participants must know how to swim, regardless of age.
What is the time and meeting point for the Dolphin Emotions?
The time of your experience should be checked directly on the official Zoomarine Algarve calendar, as daily duration varies depending on the season. It is recommended to arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the experience.
As for the meeting point, there is a designated area within the park for this purpose, and it is identified when booking. If you have any questions, ask any of our park staff: they will show you the way.
Is it possible to cancel?
Cancellation of a Dolphin Emotions experience is free up to 12 hours before the start of the activity.
Are there promotions for Dolphin Emotions experiences?
Yes! Occasional discounts are available on partner platforms. In the case of external promotions, other offers cannot be combined.
What limitations and exclusions should I consider?
– Dolphin Emotions experiences are not suitable for pregnant women, people with severe physical or psychological limitations, dermatological problems, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs. – Children under 1 meter tall can attend for free as spectators (no interaction).
